Chickpeas Curry Pasta vegan

There is nothing better than simple and easy recipe to make during the day when you are busy and have no time for cooking! Really quick and easy lunch idea.

1 can of chickpeas

1/3 cup pasta ( or more as you prefer)

1 tbsp Curry Powder

1 teaspoon Garlic Powder

pinch of Salt & Pepper

On the Side :


Raw Carrot

Raw Celery

Cook your pasta as advised on the pack and set aside.

Follow the instructions from the can of your chickpeas. Mine was ready after 6-8 minutes after cooking in pan

( do not bring to boil ).

Add curry, garlic, salt and paper. Mix with pasta. Serve warm or cold. Enjoy.
